University experience includes lecturing positions at the Queensland University of Technology (School of Applied Psychology) and Griffith University (School of Business). From 2002-05 Susanne was Academic Director for the Australian College of Natural Medicine, providing academic leadership for the six degree and 20 VET programs delivered nationally. She also has experience as an Auditor with the Australian Universities Quality Agency.

In her consulting role, Susanne has advised and supported large national and international companies to achieve their strategic vision, whilst at the same time energising their people to become part of the solution. In addition, Susanne served for a number of years as a Board member of the Australian Institute of Management (Qld & NT), Outward Bound Australia and the Ethos Foundation, a not-for-profit educational organisation dedicated to the promotion of personal and organisational sustainability.

As a psychologist, Susanne has experience in organisational, counselling and educational settings. At a personal level she works primarily as a Gestalt therapist but also uses cognitive-behavioural, client-centred approaches and neuro-linguistic programming techniques as appropriate.

Susanne is DiSC accredited and able to deliver the suite of Integro products and processes including Leadership Development, 363 Feedback, Executive Coaching and Senior Team Alignment workshops as well as the Trust, Flexibility and Passion online surveys.
