Motivate
Leadership occurs at every level of the organisation, and in all teams. Whether someone has the formal title of ‘Leader’ or not, does not preclude that person from leading. However in most organisations there are the ‘designated’ leaders – the managers – who have a responsibility to undertake the tasks of leadership, and it is with these people that Inspirational Leadership works to grow and develop their talent.
Leadership is about managing thinks, and leading people. Schedules, project plans, resources etc are all important, but only when the human factor is taken into account. It is the people – the employees – who interact with each other to make things happen. It is the employee who interacts with the customer to identify the needs and convey this to the organisation. Without the people, an organisation does not exist. Without the people on side, the organisation is unable to fulfil its purpose and achieve its vision.
Inspirational Leadership works with the designated leaders to build their strength and conviction, to assist them more actively engage their staff and become more energetic in developing sustainable systems that benefit their staff and customers.
Interventions that can be delivered by Inspirational Leadership include:
- Leadership Development
- Executive Coaching including 360° feedback
